Research:
Effects of K-Te and K-Na-Te codoping on AgSbTe2 (Silver antimony telluride) thermoelectrical performance investigation.
AgSbTe2 is well-known material which has high thermoelectrical properties with the combination of low lattice thermal conductivity.The aim is to observe dependence of charge carriers’ mobility behavior on K-containing second-phase precipitates formation.
