Research:
Controlling thermoelectric transport in the Bi/In-Te system by Sb alloying. Bi2Te3 stands out as a crucial material for thermoelectric applications, particularly in the vicinity of room temperatures. According to recent studies, indium (In) alloying could be beneficial in enhancing thermoelectric properties by forming In2Te3 lamellar-shaped precipitates inside the Bi2Te3 matrix. The primary goal is to explore the influence of antimony (Sb) doping into the Bi2Te3-In2Te3 system and enhance its thermoelectric performance.
