Research topic: Rational design of led telluride doped with silver for thermoelectric application.

My research focuses on investigation of the diffusion process and second phase growth within mid-temperature PbTe thermoelectric material and its influence on thermoelectric properties by applying ab-initio calculations (DFT) and measurements applying XRD, LFA, SBA and TOF-SIMS with depth-profile analysis.
