Research topic: Ab initio simulations of electronic and mechanical properties of AgTe-PbTe interfaces utilizing Density Functional Theory.
My research focuses on different modifications of AgTe in PbTe-matrix and includes DFT-calculations of interfaces between them in order to enhance the TE performance of bulk PbTe.
